Full-time
Location
Belgrade, MT

Diagnose and repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche and other European cars at our shop in Belgrade, with the tools to do it right.

The role

Euro Performance is an independent repair shop in Belgrade, Montana, for European cars and Sprinter vans. Our customers drive BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, Land Rover and Volvo, and many of them come from Bozeman and the rest of the Gallatin Valley.

We're looking for a technician who likes to find the real cause of a problem before replacing parts. You'll work on everything from oil service to engine and electrical repair, while the front desk talks to the customer so you can focus on the car.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose check engine lights, electrical faults and drivability problems with scan tools, wiring diagrams and factory repair information.

  • Do maintenance and repairs: oil service, brakes, suspension, cooling systems, timing work and inspections.

  • Service and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, including diesels and camper builds.

  • Help with wheel alignments on our Hunter alignment lift and with ADAS calibration.

  • Write clear notes on what you found and what the car needs, so the customer gets an honest estimate.

  • Keep your bay, your tools and the customer's car clean.

What we look for

  • At least 3 years of hands-on work as an automotive technician.

  • Real experience with at least one European make.

  • ASE certification, or a plan to earn it in your first year with us.

  • Your own hand tools. The shop provides the lifts, scan tools and specialty tools.

  • A valid driver's license, to road test and move customer cars.

  • Honesty about what a car needs, and what it doesn't.

Nice to have

  • ASE Master Technician or L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification.

  • Experience with factory software like BMW ISTA, Mercedes-Benz XENTRY, VCDS or ODIS for VW and Audi, or Porsche PIWIS.

  • Diesel experience, especially on Sprinter vans.

  • Experience with ADAS calibration.

What we offer

  • Hourly pay based on your experience and certifications.

  • Weekends off. The shop is open Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am to noon.

  • Paid time off and paid holidays.

  • We pay for your ASE tests and for training on the makes we work on.

  • A clean, bright shop with modern equipment.
