Sudden leak on a late Friday afternoon on our Mercedes Sprinter rv.  He told us to be there first thing Monday and he’d see if it was serious or not.  We show up when they opened, lots of cars in queue so we were so surprised when he immediately looked at the engine, tightened a hose (2 turns - glad it didn’t blow!).  So friendly and has experienced this situation to the extent that he remarked “this usually happens at the other end of the hose”.  He also checked the hose integrity and said he’d replace if we wanted but the hose was fine for the timeline we are traveling.  Very knowledgeable and efficient. Brought my 24' Sprinter Van in to Vadim for B level service. No Mercedes in Bozeman. With fingers crossed handed off the keys. Half the service completed on 1st day, week+ later, without any deposit!, brought van back in for 2nd half of service and a part that had to be ordered. Work completed professionally and thoroughly. I mentioned to Vadim if the work is good and the price is fair he has a new loyal customer. Yes to both points and I'll return for mechanical service as long as I own the van. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend these guys. Their attention to detail they're thoroughness and finding things that don't need to be done right now, but something to look forward to in the future I love the fact that they take cost and to consideration their professional they're clean.
