- **Consent requirements** – businesses must obtain prior consent from minors (or a parent/guardian for children under 13) before: (1) using a minor’s data for targeted advertising, selling or automated profiling; (2) collecting precise geolocation beyond what is necessary; (3) retaining a minor’s data longer than necessary; or (4) designing systems to significantly increase a minor’s use of services.

Euro Performance does not intentionally market services to minors and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete the information.
