These terms apply when you use this website, book an appointment online or apply for a job with Euro Performance Auto Shop LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
1. Booking an appointment online
- An online booking is a request for a time at our shop. The times you see come from our calendar, but we may need to move or cancel an appointment, for example if a technician is sick or a part is late. If that happens, we will contact you.
- Please give correct details, so we can reach you and get the right parts for your car.
- If you can’t make it, please call us at (406) 813-8578 as early as you can.
- By booking, you agree that we may text you about your appointment at the number you give us (see Text messages in our privacy policy). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
2. Prices and estimates
- Prices on this website are starting prices or examples. The real price depends on your car, its condition and the parts it needs.
- Before we start work, we give you an estimate and ask for your approval. If we find that more work is needed, we will ask you again before doing it.
- Prices, services and offers on the website can change without notice. We correct mistakes on the site when we find them.
3. Repairs, payment and pick-up
For questions about payment, warranty on parts and labor, the parts we take out of your car, or pick-up and storage, ask us before the work starts. The terms on your estimate and invoice apply to the work on your car.
Under Montana law, a shop that repairs a vehicle may have a lien on it for unpaid charges and may keep the vehicle until they are paid (Montana Code Annotated § 71-3-1201).
4. Financing
Financing is offered by third parties such as Sunbit, not by us. If you apply, your agreement is with that company, and its own terms and privacy policy apply. Approval is not guaranteed.
5. Job applications
- Sending an application does not create a job offer or a contract.
- Please send true and complete information. We review applications and contact the people we want to interview.
- When you apply, you accept these terms and our privacy policy, and you agree that we may keep your application and resume to review it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
6. Using this website
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not:
- send false bookings or applications, spam, or harmful files;
- try to get around our security, the bot check or the limits on our forms;
- copy large parts of the site with automated tools, or use the site in a way that harms it or other visitors.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
7. Our content
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Euro Performance Auto Shop LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with credit. Do not copy our photos or content for other purposes without our written permission. Car makes and other brand names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the cars we service; we are not connected to or endorsed by those carmakers.
8. Information on the site
Our articles and guides give general information about car care. They are not a diagnosis of your car. Every car is different: for advice about yours, have it inspected by a qualified technician. We work to keep the site correct and up to date, but we can’t promise that every page is complete or free of errors, or that the site is always available.
9. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, Google reviews and Sunbit. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
10. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent Montana law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using or not being able to use this website, such as a booking that does not go through. This does not limit our responsibility for the repair work we do on your car, and it does not take away any rights you have under the Montana Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (Montana Code Annotated § 30-14-101 and following) or other laws that can’t be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute about these terms or this website will be handled in the courts of Gallatin County, Montana, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court. Before going to court, please contact us: most problems can be fixed with a phone call.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version on the site when you use it, book or apply is the one that applies.
